Solana Pay Link Generator v2

Client-only generator of a Solana Pay URL (solana:address?amount=&spl-token=&reference=&label=&message=&memo=). No dependencies, no keys, no backend. Round-76 fixes: F2/F5/F6/F7/F8/F10. Nothing is published.

USDC SPL mint is network-specific (F8): mainnet-beta EPjFWdd5AufqSSqeM2qN1xzybapC8G4wEGGkZwyTDt1v, devnet test-USDC 4zMMC9sEqfkz6Fv5k9bwb7BG3QkDPz8eeMzmxfUX8b8. SOL transfers omit spl-token.

F10 hint: recipient must be the merchant wallet (native SOL account / SPL-token owner). Do NOT paste an ATA (associated token account) here — the wallet derives the ATA from recipient + spl-token mint by itself.
